Lake View

This past week we went to a friends camp on Pleasant Pond Lake in Carratunk, Maine.  We have a get together every year...We play golf and then I paint and then we open the wine....needless to say we have a wonderful time.
   This painting I did  early one morning...I was deck high above the lake and it was just 6 am. The morning was quiet and peaceful, the birds were beginning to break into song. The lake was so beautiful. The painting is not completed but I thought you might like to see it in progress.
